Is Poker Sesh free?
Playing is free, forever. Create an account, join your host's game, log your buy-ins and cash-outs, and track your stats without paying anything or entering a card.
Hosting is $9.99 a month after a 14-day free trial, and it covers your whole crew — one person pays, everyone at the table plays free.
Do I need to install an app?
You don't have to. Poker Sesh runs in any browser on your phone or laptop, so a new player at your table can be logging buy-ins seconds after you send the invite code — nothing to download, nothing to update halfway through a game night.
There's also a native Poker Sesh app on the App Store for iPhone and iPad, if you'd rather have an icon on your home screen and a push notification for every buy-in and cash-out. Same account either way.
Can I get my data out?
Your history is yours. You can delete your account and every session attached to it at any time from Settings — no email, no waiting period.
A one-click CSV export isn't built yet. Until it is, email pokersesh@gmail.com and your session history will be sent to you.
What if my host uses a different app?
Sessions live inside a home game, so Poker Sesh works best once your host runs the game in it. You can still create a free account now and be ready when the invite code lands.
Or start the 14-day host trial and run one night yourself — it's the fastest way to find out whether the crew switches.
Who Poker Sesh isn't for
- It isn't a real-money poker room — no hands are dealt here, you play the cards at your table.
- It doesn't move money. It tells you who owes what; you settle up however you already do.
- It isn't casino or card-room back-office software. It's built for a recurring game among people who know each other.
- If you play once a year, a group chat and a notes app will do fine.
